A desk plate folding mechanism comprises a fixing base arranged on the rear side of the support, supporting rods arranged on the left side and the right side of the desk plate, a second torsional spring horizontally arranged on the fixingbase, a ratchet wheel with a ratchet wheel tooth, a pawl located below the ratchet wheel and rotationally arranged on the fixing base, an acting wheel with a tooth part, and a fixed shaft horizontally and fixedly arranged on the supporting rods and the ratchet wheel.
