A method for forming a copper structure with reduced dishing, using a self-aligned copper electroplating process. The process begins by providing a semiconductor structure having a dielectric layer thereover, wherein the dielectric layer has a trench therein. A barrier layer is formed over the dielectric layer, a seed layer is formed on the barrier layer, and an insulating layer is formed on the seed layer. The insulating layer is patterned so as to expose the seed layer on the bottom and sidewalls of the trench, preferably using the trench photo mask. A copper layer is selectively electroplated onto the exposed seed layer on the bottom and sidewalls of the trench, while the insulating layer prevents copper deposition outside of the trench. The copper layer, the insulating layer, and the seed layer are planarized, stopping at the dielectric layer. Because of the self-aligned copper geometry, the copper suffers reduced dishing.

The sag rate of fusion pipes (e.g., isopipes (<bold>13< / highlight>) used in an overflow downdraw fusion process) is reduced by the application of axial forces (F) to the end regions (<bold>23< / highlight>) of the pipe. The axial forces are applied to the end regions below the pipe's neutral axis (<bold>19< / highlight>) so that a bending moment is generated which opposes gravitational sagging of the middle of the pipe. The use of such sag-controlling axial forces increases pipe service life by, for example, at least a third.

The invention discloses a mask plate and a manufacturing method. The mask plate comprises a first zone and a second zone; the first zone is used for positioning, a welding positioning part between the mask plate edge and a mask plate frame (or support) is provided with a second groove, and the welding positioning part faces back to a substrate and is in the first zone, and the second groove is capable of accommodating one or multiple welding positioning devices; the second zone comprises shielding parts and opening parts which are uniformly arranged at intervals in a parallel manner, the side, facing to the substrate, of each shielding part is provided with first grooves, and each groove is parallel to the opening parts in the longitudinal direction or in the transverse direction. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the mask plate on which the first grooves and the second grove are arranged, and a wet-process etching method is employed. The mask plate has the advantages of light mass, good strength, reduced substrate damages and the like.

An improved bicycle wheel is disclosed which has reduced dish by comparison with a conventionally laced wheel. The wheel is one which, when laced conventionally, would be dished such as a rear wheel with at least one sprocket or a front wheel with a brake disk. In a rear wheel embodiment, the spokes extend from inside to outside, through a proximate hub flange and along the outside or sprocket surface of the proximate hub flange and from outside to inside through the opposed hub flange and along the inside or sprocket surface of the opposed hub flange. In a front wheel embodiment, the spokes extend from inside to outside through the proximate hub flange along an inside or disk surface thereof and from outside to inside through the opposite hub flange and along the inside or disk surface thereof. The spokes in a given flange of a hub according to the present invention are all secured to the hub flange at substantially the same axial location relative to the axis of rotation of the hub or have spoke elbows which are all at substantially the same axial location relative to the axis of rotation of the hub. As a consequence of the reduced dish there is a reduction in the tension differential between the proximate spokes and the opposed spokes. According to another aspect of the invention, spoke bores in each of the hub flanges are grouped into pairs and the circumferential distance between adjacent pairs is greater than the distance between bores in a given pair.

The loading turntable comprises a lifting device, a turning device, a power device, a transmission device and a control device; the chassis is used for bearing the loading turntable; the floating-assisted device is connected with the chassis, wherein power of the power device is output to the transmission device and output to actuating mechanisms through the transmission device, namely the running device and the lifting device; and the running device comprises a crawler mechanism and an upright post telescoping mechanism, and the upright post telescoping mechanism is arranged between the chassis and the crawler mechanism so as to adjust the height of the chassis. By adopting the crawler running mechanism, the amphibious crawler crane is easy to complete displacement and steering operation of the whole crane, and has low ground pressure so as to improve the construction efficiency of offshore beach wind fields; in addition, the upright post telescoping mechanism is arranged between the chassis and the crawler mechanism, so the amphibious crawler crane can adjust the height of the chassis according to the depth of seawater so as to avoid shock of ocean waves, and has the advantage of safe and reliable operation.
