The invention discloses a preparation method for a super-tough rigid
polyvinyl chloride pipe mixing material. The method comprises the following steps: adding 100 parts by weight of
polyvinyl chloride, 4-10 parts by weight of an
acrylonitrile-butadiene-
styrene terpolymer, 1-2 parts by weight of
methyl methacrylate, 0.2-0.5 part by weight of
sodium dodecyl sulfate and 200 parts by weight of water into a reactor with cooling water and
nitrogen gas inlets and outlets, introducing a
nitrogen gas for 10 min, starting an
ultrasonic generator, performing ultrasonic treatment for 20-30 min, wherein
reaction temperature is 20-30 DEG C, after the reaction is completed, performing
filtration, and performing
drying; and adding the dried material into a high-speed mixing
machine, adding 10-20 parts ofnano
calcium carbonate, 1-3 parts by weight of a stabilizer, 1-3 parts by weight of an
acrylate processing auxiliary agent, 1-3 parts by weight of an internal
lubricant and 0.3-1 part by weight of anexternal
lubricant in sequence, performing mixing, when temperature is 110-120 DEG C, discharging a material, and performing cooling to obtain the super-tough rigid
polyvinyl chloride pipe mixing material. The mixing material disclosed by the invention can be used for extruding a rigid polyvinyl
chloride pipe with high
toughness, low costs, excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, and good
heat resistance and
weather resistance.
