The invention discloses a detection method of chlopyrifos pesticide and three metabolites thereof in soil. The method is as below: first weighing a soil sample, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate and anhydrous magnesium sulfate, then adding an acetic acid acetonitrile solution, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, and centrifuging; concentrating the acetonitrile extract obtained after the centrifugation, and then setting to a constant volume with a mobile phase, transferring to a a centrifugal tube filled with a mixed filler, and conducting ultrasonic treatment and centrifugation; placing a supernatant in a machine, detecting by using a liquid chromatogram analysis method, so as to obtain contents of chlorpyrifos pesticide and three metabolites thereof in soil. The invention uses soil as the matrix, and employs a matrix dispersive solid phase extraction technique for pretreatment on the sample; and the method can simultaneously detect chlorpyrifos pesticide and three metabolites thereof, and has the characteristics of accurate detection, high efficiency, fastness and low price.

The invention discloses a device for testing the fireproof performance of an external facade of a building. The device comprises a simulation main wall with a window in the lower part, a combustion chamber, a combustor assembly arranged inside the combustion chamber, simulation wing walls arranged at two sides of the simulation main wall, a net rack arranged in a space formed by the simulation main wall and the two simulation wing walls, a heat flux sensor for measuring the intensity of heat flux, a thermocouple sensor hole site for measuring the temperature, and an environmental wind supply device located in front of the two simulation wing walls, wherein the combustion chamber is arranged beside the simulation main wall and is provided with an opening communicating with the window; and the heat flux sensor and the thermocouple sensor hole site are arranged on the net rack. The device is a simulation test device for the fireproof performance of the external facade of the building in different environmental wind speed environments for different forms of the external facades of high-rise or super high-rise buildings. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that important test models can be provided for the coupling action influences of external facades forms of the buildings and the external environmental wind speeds on open overflow flame characteristics and the influences on the fireproof performance of the external facade, and the bank in the industry is filled.
