According to the invention, by arranging the neutral electrodes, the number of the current paths in the heating area can be increased from original 3 to 6, so that the heating effect is good and uniform; and the live wire electrode integrates the injection function, and the neutral electrode integrates the extraction function, so that the construction cost is reduced, the corresponding functions can be jointly realized at the same time point through theintegration to cooperatively use, the energy consumption is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
