The invention relates to a novel graphene oxide composite nano material functionalized with phenylboronic acid and its preparation and application. The material described is to immobilize polydopamine-wrapped magnetic nanoparticles onto polyethyleneimine-modified graphene oxide, further introduce carboxyl-containing phenylboronic acid monomers through polyethyleneimine amino groups, and finally be used for glycoprotein-rich set. The specific process is as follows: firstly, ferroferric oxide magnetic nanoparticles are prepared by a solvothermal method, and dopamine can self-polymerize on the surface under alkaline conditions. Magnetic graphene oxide composite nanomaterials were prepared by using hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions between polydopamine and graphene oxide. Then, positively charged polyethyleneimine was immobilized onto the negatively charged magnetic graphene oxide surface through electrostatic self-assembly. Finally, phenylboronic acid monomers were introduced through amidation reaction to obtain phenylboronic acid-functionalized magnetic graphene oxide composite nanomaterials, which were successfully used for the enrichment of glycoproteins in bioanalysis.
