The invention relates to a digital-analog converter with a high signal noise distortion ratio. The digital-analog converter comprises a two-order dynamic component matching and modulating module, a switched capacitor array, an adder and a low-pass filter; the two-order dynamic component matching and modulating module is used for matching and modulating digital signals into 128-bit digital signals; the switched capacitor array is used for converting the digital signals input by the two-order dynamic component matching and modulating module, into voltage signals; the adder is used for adding the voltage signals input by the switched capacitor array; the low-pass filter is used for filtering a total voltage signal input by the adder. The switched capacitor array is composed of 64 switched capacitor units. According to the technical scheme, by means of selecting device array units through digital signals subjected to high-order modulation, device selection and positioning is achieved through pointer signals, mismatch signals are reshaped and suppressed, the mismatch noise in the analog output signals of the digital-analog converter is filtered through the low-pass filter, the noise is substantially removed from signal baseband, and key dynamic performance parameters of the digital-analog converter are increased.

The invention discloses a method for combined production of ammonia synthesis gas and SNG by fixed bed crushed coal pressurization and gasification; raw coal gas is subject to a CO shift step, a low-temperature methanol washing step, and a liquid nitrogen washing step, and then is delivered to an ammonia synthetic step for ammonia synthesis, and a by product of SNG is obtained in the liquid nitrogen washing step. The method omits a complicated methane conversion working section in a traditional synthesis gas production process by using a liquid nitrogen washing device and low-temperature separation technology; inert gas in the synthesis gas is removed, and the methane fraction is separated into liquid methane; finally the synthesis gas is reheated and flows out of a cold box, and reaches the specification for artificial natural gas (SNG) as clean energy. In addition, raw material gas is subject to purification and methane separation, which not only reduces the influence of inert gas in a synthetic loop, reduces waste gas discharge, but also causes no addition of additional mobile equipment, realizes combined production of synthetic ammonia and SNG, and has significant economic and social benefits. The logic control module is used to generate a plurality of control signals having different control timings. The plurality of control signals includes a storage control signal and a decoding control signal. Each storage control module includes a plurality of storage capacitors, and respectively stores each of sensed voltages in different storage capacitors at different times according to a storage control timing of the storage control signal. The sensed voltages are analog data sensed from scan lines of an ITO sensor. The decoding control module is used to decode the sensed voltages stored in the storage capacitors according to a decoding control timing of the decoding control signal to output the decoded analog data.
