The compressing mechanism is connected with the shell through a dynamic balancer. The dynamic balancer comprises a rotor, a first elastic assembly which is connected with the rotor and the actuating shaft and a second elastic assembly which is connected with the rotor and the shell support. According to the linear compressor of the air conditioner and the refrigerator, vibration of the compressor is greatly reduced, and vibration output is zero under a theoretical condition. In addition, the method that the outer side of the rotor of the dynamic balancer is connected with the first elastic assembly and the inner side of the rotor of the dynamic balancer is connected with the second elastic assembly enables the dynamic balancer to be compact in structure, convenient to install and easy to debug.
