The soil conditioner used for controlling soil phosphorus element loss comprises following raw materials: 80 to 100 parts of a porous carbon base, 30 to 50 parts of ferrous sulfate, 25 to40 parts of aluminum sulfate, 10 to 20 parts of polyacrylamide, and 45 to 60 parts of modified loofah sponge; the porous carbon base is prepared through immersion of peanut shell powder in a phosphoric acid solution, a hydrochloric acid solution, and a bicarbonate solution successively under oxygen-free conditions; the modified loofah sponge is prepared through loofah sponge oxidation pretreatment, and plasma treatment and microwave intermittent radiation treatment. The soil conditioner is excellent in phosphorus loss controlling effect, is capable of reducing discharge of soil phosphorus element into water body, increasing soil effective phosphorus, reducing fertilizer cost of farmers, and can be used for soil restoration of slope cropland.
