nanoparticle suspension, as well as a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the field of new chemical materials. The preparation method comprisesthe following steps: uniformly stirring and dispersing aqueous silica
sol,
tetraethyl orthosilicate and a modifier under an alkaline condition for reaction, and concentrating a product to 10 times byadopting a rotary
evaporation concentration technology; carrying out
freeze drying on a concentrated solution to obtain nano
powder; dispersing the prepared nano
powder in isomeric
hexadecane; and carrying out dispersing by using an ultrasonic
cell crusher to obtain a suspension containing modified nanoparticles. The
solid content of the suspension is 1-15%, a
solvent is isomeric
hexadecane, and the nanoparticles are silica particles. The method uses simple equipment and process, is simple to operate and is low in cost; the prepared
powder is nano-scale, is not easy to
agglomerate, can be stably dispersed in isomeric
hexadecane for a long time, can withstand damages at a high temperature and a low temperature, and can be applied to preparation of a separation membrane with adjustable wettability; and as a novel
hollow fiber membrane pore-forming agent, the powder has great application prospects in large-scale production and solving problems such as separation membrane
pollution.
