The invention discloses a
graphene enhanced water permeable
brick which comprises two parts, namely, a bottom layer and a
surface layer. The
graphene enhanced water permeable
brick is characterized in that the bottom layer at least comprises the following components in parts by weight: 16-18 parts of
cement, 18-22 parts of fine sand, 50-60 parts of rock
ballast and 5-6.5 parts of water; the
surface layer at least comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-80 parts of
quartz sand, 15-20 parts of
cement and 5-6.5 parts of water;
graphene carbon materials are doped in both bottom layer and
surface layer; and graphene and graphene
oxide are used as the graphene carbon materials. According to the invention, the graphene is treated and then is used as a novel additive to be introduced into a water permeable
brick, the graphene can be uniformly dispersed in a binding
material system following water, the graphene slices have ultrahigh specific surface area and rigidity, and the
Van der Waals force between the slices and the interaction between the slices and the
cement grains can excellently stabilize the binding
material system, can reduce the phenomena, such as,
cracking and falling, and can enhance the
binding effect of the binding
material system, so that the overall strength of the water permeable brick can be promoted.
