The invention relates to the field of blueberry planting, in particular to a blueberry
grating method. The method comprises the steps that a dormient
branch, without buds, of a high-grove blueberry
plant is selected as a scion, and a wedge-shaped inclined surface is
cut at the lower end of the scion; a rabbiteye blueberry base growing
branch is selected as a stock, and a
grafting position is selected at a smooth, flat and straight position of the stock; the scion is soaked with
clean water and then soaked in a culture medium, the scion is trimmed, and 3-4 buds are preserved;
grafting is carried out 3-5 days before
germination of the buds of the
branch in early spring; the lower end of the scion is slightly inserted into a seam of the strip-shaped
skin layer upper end; all auxiliary buds on the stock are removed with the hands to maintain the absolute predominance of the scion, and quick growth of the scion is promoted. By means of the blueberry
grafting method, much
callus can be easily generated to be connected with much
callus generated on the left side and the right side of the inclined surface of the scion, so that the scion in the
grafting method can survive more easily than that in other methods, the
survival rate is generally 98% or higher, the fruit bearing period can be obviously shortened, and meanwhile the fruit bearing yield can be increased.
