vehicle frame on wheels, a support frame, a guide rail, an adjustable
pesticide supply
system, an adjustable air supply
system, a
lithium battery, a differential driver, a walking motor, a DC-
DC voltage-reduction power supply module, a high-
voltage electrostatic generator, an electrostatic spray head, a supervisory computer, an
electromagnetic valve, a high-resolution camera and a long-range
mobile phone terminal, wherein the
vehicle frame is fixed to the support frame; the
lithium battery, the differential driver and the walking motor are fixed on a bottom plate of the spraying vehicle; the guide rail, the DC-
DC voltage-reduction power supply module and the high-
voltage electrostatic generator are fixed on the support frame; the adjustable
pesticide supply
system and the adjustable air supply system are mounted on the guide rail; and the high-resolution camera is located at the top of the spraying vehicle, and the high-resolution camera, the supervisory computer and the
electromagnetic valve are sequentially connected so as to control
pesticide applying quantity. According to the self-walking
greenhouse air curtain type electrostatic spraying vehicle disclosed by the invention, a long-range control technique, an
image processing technique and an air supply electrostatic
pesticide application technique are combined, so that the charging effect is good, and the
electrostatic adsorption capacity is high; and compared with a conventional air supply manner, the self-walking greenhouse air curtain type electrostatic spraying vehicle has the advantages of being good in sprinkling quality and uniform in distribution of liquid spraying quantity. Under the premise that the
utilization rate of pesticides and killing effects are guaranteed, operations of image collection, affirmation of
insect pest grades, autonomic walking, and control on
pesticide application are all automatically completed, so that the labor capacity is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
