The grinding wheel base body can be processed from stainless steel, hard alloy, aviation aluminum and the like according to certain shape dimension. The grinding wheel grinding layer is divided into two parts, wherein one part is a coarse grinding layer and the other part is a fine grinding layer. The coarse grinding layer is used for removing chamfering margin, is sharp, is high in processing efficiency, and can achieve the processing dimension which meets the requirements; and the fine grinding layer is used for removing and polishing coarsely grinded grains and cracks after the coarse grinding layer works, so that the purposes of being free of cracks and freeof macroscopic grains are achieved.
