The invention discloses luminous 3D (three-dimensional) printing photosensitive
adhesive and a method for preparing the same. The luminous 3D printing photosensitive
adhesive comprises, by weight, 50-80 parts of UV (
ultraviolet) cured resin A, 50-80 parts of UV cured resin B, 0.05-0.1 part of leveling agents, 1-10 parts of
wetting agents, 0.2-1 part of defoamers, 1-10 parts of luminous
powder, 3-5 parts of photoinitiators A and 3-5 parts of photoinitiators B. The method includes adding the
wetting agents, the leveling agents, the defoamers and the luminous
powder into a high-speed dispersion
machine according to a formula; adding the UV cured resin A, the UV cured resin B, the photoinitiators A and the photoinitiators B into the high-speed dispersion
machine; continuing to disperse the
wetting agents, the leveling agents, the defoamers, the luminous
powder, the UV cured resin A, the UV cured resin B, the photoinitiators A and the photoinitiators B; uniformly mixing the wetting agents, the leveling agents, the defoamers, the luminous powder, the UV cured resin A, the UV cured resin B, the photoinitiators A and the photoinitiators B with one another to obtain the luminous 3D printing photosensitive
adhesive. The luminous 3D printing photosensitive adhesive and the method have the advantages that the luminous 3D printing photosensitive adhesive has quick cured capacity after being applied to films and then illuminated by 365 nm UV-LED lamps, and can be widely applied to the technical fields of automobiles, industrial maintenance,
medical treatment, creativity and the like.
