The invention discloses a method for efficiently separating water-insoluble
xylan in a wood
fiber material, and belongs to the technical field of
chemical engineering. The method comprises the following steps: by taking a wood
fiber material as a
raw material, firstly obtaining an
emulsion of
xylan and
lignin through methods of crushing, alkali extraction,
filtration, alkali
recovery and
neutralization; secondly, damaging the
xylan milk balls through low-temperature freezing, so that the water-insoluble xylan can be gathered due to volume rejection of
ice crystals in the freezing process, and meanwhile, the gathering effect is enhanced due to the interaction of
hydrogen bonds formed among the water-insoluble xylan, after being unfrozen,
precipitation is achieved, the
lignin is still dissolved in a supernate, the
lignin can be fully removed through rinsing with flowing water, and a pure water-insoluble xylan
precipitation solution is obtained; and finally,
drying to obtain the high-purity water-insoluble xylan. According to the method, no
organic solvent is used, the separation cost is low, the
impurity removal rate is high, and high-efficiency and low-cost separation of the water-insoluble xylan in the wood
fiber material can be realized by adopting the method.
