irradiation. The invention can solve the problem that existing
traditional Chinese medicine extraction methods cannot have the characteristics of high effective component
dissolution rate, high purity, low cost and suitability for industrial production at the same time. According to the method,
electron beams are employed to irradiate the
coptis chinensis medicinal material. The device for realizing the method of enhancing the dissolution rate of effective components in
coptis chinensis by
electron beam
irradiation comprises an electron accelerator scanning box, an aluminum plate, a heat conduction instrument, a beam receiving plate, an insulation material body, cooling fans and a beam
integrator. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the dissolution rate of
berberine in the effective components is increased by 5%-10% compared with a blank sample not subjected to
electron beam irradiation, the dissolution rate of
palmatine is increased by 4.5%-11% compared with the blank sample not subjected to
electron beam irradiation, and
electron beam irradiation on the
coptis chinensis medicinal material has no significant influence on chemical components. The method and the device can be used for extraction of effective components in
coptis chinensis.
