The invention belongs to the field of energetic materials, and discloses a method for coating nitroamine explosives by adopting an atomic layer deposition technique. In the method, two reaction precursors alternatively pass through a reaction cavity, and chemical reaction occurs on the surfaces of nitroamine explosive particles to form coating films. The coating film completely and uniformly covers the whole outer surface of each nitroamine explosive particle, and the thickness of the coating film can be precisely adjusted within a nanoscale range. The method is suitable for coating nitroamine explosive particles in micron order, nanometer order or millimeter order. When the thickness of the coating film is controlled to be within the nanoscale range, the content of the coating films only accounts for 0.1 percent to 5 percent of the total mass of the system, and therefore, the coating films have little influence on the nitroamine explosives. The electrostatic spark sensitivity of the nitroamine explosives coated through the method disclosed in the invention is significantly reduced. The method has the advantages of high degree of automation and good safety performance. The coated nitroamine explosive particles can be directly used without postprocessing, so that the method is easy to realize and generalize in industry.

The invention relates to a composite solid propellant based on a multi-scale modified nitramine oxidant. The propellant is based on high-nitrogen two-dimensional conjugated structure doped modified nitramine, and through insensitive modification of the main component nitramine oxidant, the sensitivity of the nitramine oxidant is reduced while the energy of the nitramine oxidant is improved, and the contradictory problem of high energy and insensitive is effectively solved, and the production and use safety of the propellant is improved. According to the preparation method, PDA is wrapped on the surface of modified nitramine, hydroxyl on the surface of the PDA is taken as an active site of a coordination reaction, a nano CuO and nano Fe2O3 catalyst is grown in situ on the surface of the PDA by utilizing a hydrothermal reaction, and a catalyst/oxidant integrated core-shell structure (qy-RDX coated CuO and qy-RDX coated Fe2O3) is obtained and is used for replacing nitramine and a catalyst in a traditional propellant formula. The catalytic coating of the modified nitramine can significantly improve the catalytic efficiency of the propellant and reduce the decomposition rate and pressure sensitivity of the propellant, so that the pressure index of the propellant is reduced.

Based on the compound density, thermal decomposition temperature and impact and friction sensitivity test, the product is an energetic material with high density (p is greater than 1.75), good thermal stability (the highest temperature reaches 220 DEG C) and insensitivity to external stimulation (IS is greater than 40J, and FS is greater than 360N).
