The invention design a self-healing
coating based on an environment-friendly nanometer container, and belongs to the field of
metal corrosion-resistant coatings. A method for preparing the self-healing
coating is characterized by comprising the following steps: alternately depositing
chitosan and
polyaspartic acid on the surface of a nanosilicon dioxide material by adopting a layer-by-layer self-
assembly method, preparing the layer-by-layer self-assembled nanosilicon dioxide material into the environment-friendly nanometer container through
centrifugation, deionized
water washing and
drying, mixing the environment-friendly nanometer container and a
diluent according to a certain proportion, and conducting
ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a component I; adding
epoxy resin, a dispersing agent and a flatting agent into the component I, uniformly mixing, and adding a curing agent so as to obtain the uniformly dispersed self-healing
coating. Raw materials used by the self-healing coating prepared by adopting the method is environment-friendly, cheap and easy to obtain; the capacity of a
corrosion inhibitor in the nanometer container is large; in the micro broken area of the coating, the nanometer container loaded with the
corrosion inhibitor can release
corrosion inhibitor molecules to be adsorbed on the surface of
metal to form a protecting film, so as to play a certain self-healing role.
