A method and composition of controlling and eliminating insects is provided. The method and composition of eliminating sophisticated chemical communication systems between insects is enhanced where insects live in functional groups, such as swarms, nests, colonies, hives, breeding pools, mounds, mating areas and other interdependent social groups. An odor neutralizer is applied directly into or in close proximity of the social group activity. The odor neutralizer chemically modifies and neutralizes the sophisticated communication chemicals known as pheromones which control sensory recognition, stimulate activity responses and facilitates communication abilities which the insects use to give commands and function as an interdependent group. The odor neutralizer is a blend of natural plant oil products. The odor neutralizer is chemically reactive with the insect pheromones, and neutralizes or modifies the pheromone. These compositions or compounds are biodegradable, nontoxic, non hazardous to the environment, adults, children, and pets. The pheromone odor neutralizer can be used in many forms including an oil-based or water-based spray, a vapor, a gel, and a cream or deposited as a solid using an absorbent carrier. The odor neutralizer is applied into the openings and the area surrounding the insect nests, so that the vapor can penetrate the proximity of the nest. Direct insect contact with the liquid or ingestion by the insect, is not necessary. The vapor creates an atmosphere that disrupts the ability of the insects to function as a group. Within 48-72 hours, the ability to communicate is disrupted, the pheromone based communications are neutralized or unrecognizable, and the social unit of insects no longer functions, thereby eliminating the nests.

The invention discloses a method and a system for monitoring grain stored-grain insect generation information in real time. A plurality of gas collection chambers are placed in a pheromone monitoring area of a barn in a scattered mode, an olfaction visualization sensor and a camera are fixedly arranged in an inner cavity of a gas reaction chamber, the content and the concentration of the pheromone diffused by female insects are determined through conventional experiential knowledge, and a sensitive color-sensitive material is selected for manufacturing the olfaction visualization sensor; color change values are obtained by subtracting read, green and blue (RGB) pixel values in clear air from RGB pixel values of changed color information; when the change values exceed a preset threshold value, each change value is transformed into a corresponding signal value to obtain a signal response characteristic matrix, and a main content characteristic vector and the determined pheromone content and concentration are selected to establish a partial least square regression model; and when the insect pheromone is measured in real time, the concentration value of the insect pheromone can be obtained according to the model, so that the main insect generation information in the barn can be found out outside the barn, and a suitable control opportunity is selected.

The method utilizes LiAlH4 to reduce the triple bond to be the E-type double bond, and utilizes theWittig reaction of the Wittig reagent with the tail end provided with ester group and aldehyde to directly build the Z-type double bond, the synthesis route is simple, convenient and efficient, and the reaction condition is moderate and environmentally friendly.

The invention discloses a preparation method for microencapsulated biopesticide, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: first, freezing and inactivating yellow mealworms into powder; performing ultrasonic extraction, and respectively collecting a filtrate and a filter residue; distilling the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain pheromone-containing yellow mealworm extracting oil; sterilizing the filter residue, performing inoculation with bacillus thuringiensis for fermentation, and then, purifying and separating primarily treated fermenting solution which is obtained by filtering through an isoelectric precipitation method to obtain parasporal crystals; taking the parasporal crystals and the yellow mealworm extracting oil as a core material, and taking chitosan and soybean protein isolate as wall materials, performing shearing and emulsifying treatment, and performing spray-drying to obtain the microencapsulated biopesticide. Through a synergistic effect of the parasporal crystals with a broad-spectrum preventing and controlling effect and the yellow mealworm oil containing insect pheromones, the microencapsulated biopesticide prepared with the preparation method is coated with chitosan having the broad-spectrum antibacterial property, so that the pesticidal effect action time can be effectively prolonged; the storage stability is high; the microencapsulated biopesticide is convenient to transport and store for a long time; diseases and insect pests of plants can be effectively prevented and controlled.

The non-sustained-release layers limit release of the pheromone;the secondary storage layer adsorbs the pheromone; the secondary sustained-release film layer releases the pheromone; pheromone release holes are formed in the non-sustained-release layers, and movable non-sustained-release shielding sheets are preferably arranged on the holes; and the film-like carrier is adjustable in size and shape and can be spliced. The pheromone film-like carrier is used for insect pheromone isotropic and repellent products and directly arranged in the natural environment; and the pheromone film-like carrier is used for insect pheromone attraction products and needs tobe matched with a matched trap for application.
