An improved system and method for controlling ozone concentration in connection with a multi-chamber tool. The system and method involve a first and a second concentration controller in combination with an ozone generator. The first concentration controller detects an EVENT (i.e., one of the chambers in the multi-chamber tool coming on-line or off-line) and in response provides a power instruction to the ozone generator in accordance with a predictive control algorithm. The first concentration controller has a fast (i.e, about 1 second) response time. The second concentration controller is masked from the ozone generator during the EVENT, but otherwise controls the generator after an interval of time has lapsed after the EVENT. The second concentration controller has a slower response time than the first concentration controller, however the second concentration controller provides the system with long-term stability and can be used to provide updated data to the predictive control algorithm.

An apparatus for calibrating images between cameras, includes: a detector for detecting dynamic markers from images taken by a motion capture camera and a video camera; a 3D position recovery unit for recovering 3D position data of the dynamic markers obtained by the motion capture camera; a 2D position tracking unit for tracking 2D position data of the dynamic markers obtained by the video camera; a matching unit for matching the 3D position data and the 2D position data of the dynamic markers; and a calibrating unit for converting the 3D position of the dynamic markers on a spatial coordinate system into image coordinates on an image coordinate system of the video camera to calculate intrinsic parameters and extrinsic parameters of the video camera to minimize a difference between coordinates of the 2D position data and the image coordinates.

This disclosure relates to CryoArrays, which permit the analysis of samples (such as protein, nucleic acid, virus, or cell samples) in arrays that are prepared at low temperatures. A process for the alkylation of a benzene-containing refinery stream such as reformate with light refinery olefins which is capable of achieving high benzene conversion levels operates in a fixed bed of an MWW zeolite catalyst, preferably MCM-22, in single pass mode in the liquid phase at a relatively low to moderate temperatures with pressure maintained at a value adequate to ensure subcritical operation. High levels of benzene conversion with conversions of at least 90% and higher, e.g. 92% or 95% or even higher are achievable. A high octane product is produced, comprising mono-, di- and tri-alkylbenzenes with lesser levels of the tetra-substituted products. By operating with staged olefin injection, the end point of the alkylation product can be maintained at a low value while, at the same time, achieving high levels of benzene and olefin conversion.
