cotton cloth to prepare a carbon fabric, performing
hydrothermal reaction on
cobalt nitrate and
urea aqueous solution to prepare a
nanowire array, preparing an MOF array by taking the
nanowire array as a sacrifice template, performing ionexchange on the obtained product and performing
etching. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, carbonizing the
cotton cloth to prepare the carbon fabric, activating the carbon fabric,and carbonizing the
cotton cloth to the carbon fabric at 700-900 DEG C; secondly, placing the obtained carbon fabric in a
mixed solution of
cobalt nitrate,
urea and deionized water, performing
hydrothermal reaction for 4-12 hours at 90-100 DEG C, taking out and cleaning the product, and
drying the product; thirdly, placing the obtained product in the previous step in an
aqueous solution of 2-methylimidazole for reaction for 1 hour at a normal temperature, and performing cleaning and
drying; and finally, placing the obtained product in an
ethanol solution of
nickel nitrate for reaction for 1 hour, and performing cleaning and
drying.
