Permanent magnetism synchronous electric machine - compressor system high speed operation control method

Disclosed is a high-speed control method for a permanent magnet synchronous motor-compressor system, including the following steps: initial design is carried out; a motor is detected through DSP, including detecting the two-phase current of the stator of the motor, the voltage Udc of a DC generatrix; the voltage of a d-p shaft is calculated; faults of overcurrent, overpressure and undervoltage are detected; if any fault exists, the PWM pulse signals are blocked and then the control program is paused; if no fault exists, the following steps will be carried out; the rotating speed of the motor and the position of the rotor are identified in the process of speed-position estimation; the current and the voltage of the reference d-q shaft of the motor are calculated; switching signals of an inverter are acquired through haplotype over-modulation; the data are recorded and waveforms are displayed; judgment of whether to pause the control program is carried out; if not, the second step is carried out again; if yes, the control program will be paused. The control method applies haplotype over-modulation method into the permanent magnet synchronous motor-compressor system, realizing sensorless over-modulation to the synchronous motor-compressor vector control system.

Robot apparatus and motion controlling method therefor

A robot apparatus and a motion controlling method for the robot apparatus wherein a reflex motion or the like can be performed at a high speed while decreasing the calculation amount of and the concentrated calculation load to a control apparatus. The robot has a control configuration having a hierarchical structure including a higher order central calculation section corresponding to the brain, reflex system control sections corresponding to the vertebra, and servo control systems and actuators corresponding to the muscles. From restrictions to the power consumption and so forth, there is a limitation to increase of the speed of a control cycle of the higher order central calculation section. External force acting upon the machine body is a disturbance input of a high frequency band, and a very high speed control system is required. Therefore, the reflex control systems which correspond to an intermediate hierarchy operate in a high speed cycle to respond at a high speed to the external force to absorb a deviation caused by the disturbance.

High-speed PWM control apparatus for power converters with adaptive voltage position and its driving signal generating method

A high-speed PWM control apparatus with adaptive voltage position and a driving signal generating method thereof is provided. The present invention automatically detects a change in the loading and adjusts the voltage position instantaneously for stabilizing the voltage and reducing the loading output power consumption. The present invention does not require a clock signal to generate a driving signal and does not require an error amplifier to control the modulation. Therefore, the present invention has a fast transient response that responds to the change of the loading instantaneously and has a stabilizing effect. When the apparatus is on a continuous conduction mode (CCM), the switching frequency of the controller is still fixed even though the input voltage Vin and the output voltage Vout are changed. The electrical-magnetic noise disturbance is improved.

High speed controller area network receiver having improved EMI immunity

A CAN receiver architecture design that provides better immunity against EMI interference than conventional designs is disclosed herein. This CAN receiver includes a voltage divider network connected to a front-end amplifier for dividing down the input signal from a two wire line by a predetermined amount and amplifying the signal by the same predetermined amount. The front-end amplifier generates the common-mode voltage of the input signal for a reference generator that determines the logic level of the incoming signal and subtracts a bandgap voltage reference from the common-mode voltage. A comparator compares the difference between the output of the front-end amplifier and the resultant signal generated by the reference generator to generate an output signal for the receiver. This CAN receiver architecture is faster than conventional designs and possesses an improved common-mode rejection, while operating over a wide input common mode range.

Beaconless adaptive optics system

An improved beaconless adaptive optics system and process. A target is illuminated with a high energy laser beam of a directed energy laser. Wave front measurements are made of high energy laser beam reflections from the target. These wave front measurements are analyzed by a high speed processor to determine both high frequency phase components and low frequency phase components in the wave front data. Engine Control Device, And Its Control Method

A first target engine speed Nh and a high-speed control field F1 are set in accordance with a command value by command means. A second target engine speed N2 on the low rotation side and a high-speed control field F2 are set based on the first target engine speed Nh. When a matching point between an engine load and an engine output torque exceeds a first set position A which is a first predetermined pump displacement during control of an engine in the high-speed control field F2, the high-speed control field F2 is shifted toward the high-speed control field F1. Using, as a new high-speed control field, a high-speed control field 3 in which a differential pressure between a pump discharge pressure and a load pressure of an actuator satisfies a load sensing differential pressure in a pump control device 8, the engine is controlled in the high-speed control field 3, and when the differential pressure does not satisfies the load sensing differential pressure, the speed control field is shifted to the high-speed control field F1. With this, it is possible to provide an engine control device and a control method thereof in which the fuel economy of the engine is enhanced, and when the maximum speed of an operating machine is required, the required maximum speed of the operating machine is not lowered.
