The process of the invention can be applied in production of both orange soft cans and soft cans of other fruits. The orange soft cans obtained with the method of the invention may be consumed by people, with convenient carrying, storage, transportation and opening. The soft cans do not contain any preservatives, and have a shelf life up to one year. The color, flavor and taste of the soft cans are almost the same as those of orange hard cans.
