The invention discloses a high fluidity, anti-seepage, and crack-resistant concrete material, which is prepared from the following raw materials: silicate cement, fly ash, medium sand, small stone, a polycarboxylate water reducer, an air entraining agent, a calcium sulfoaluminate expanding agent, and water. The concrete material has good fluidity, and can be used in a structure without vibration or under a condition of slight vibration, wherein in the structure, the density of steel bars is large, the space is narrow, and the shape of the structure is complicated, and the construction is convenient. The concrete material also has a strong anti-seepage performance, the cement base material and additives work together to effectively cut off the crack connection channels, and the compactness and anti-seepage performance of the overall structure are both enhanced. The cracking resistant performance is strong, during the hydration process, the micro expansion can effectively control the shrinkage of concrete volume, the cracking rate and degree in the early stage are largely reduced; moreover, the concrete material can be well bound with roller compacted concrete, the cement base material can penetrate into the gaps between layers of roller compacted concrete, and the local strength and binding performance of roller compacted concrete are improved therefore.
