The invention further provides a preparation method of lignin-based epoxy resin based on the lignin modification method. According to the lignin modification method disclosed by the invention, the eutectoid is used as a solvent and cooperates with the metal oxide to modify the lignin; a hydrogen bond is formed by using urea and choline chloride in the eutectoid to controllably break C-C and C-O bonds and surface functional groups in a lignin structure to achieve an effect of fully dissolving the lignin, and then lattice oxygen formed in an M=O bond in the metal oxide is used to selectively oxidize the lignin, thereby efficiently catalyzing to remove a methoxy group on the surface of the lignin and the C-O bond in the broken lignin,which achieves the aims of reducing the spatial structural steric hindrance and increasing the surface hydroxyl content and can improve the reactivity of the lignin and epichlorohydrin.

The preparation method includes the following steps that 1, styrene-acrylate resin liquid, pure acrylic emulsion, polyether-modified polysiloxane and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)modified magnesium hydrate are added to deionized water, the mixture is heated and stirred to be uniform and filtered, and filtrate is obtained for use; 2, acrylate-styrene-vinyl acetate terpolymer, nanometer activated carbon, nanometer titania, calcined kaolin and an anion additive are added to a ball mill to be ground till the particle size is 60-80 nm, then the mixture is mixed and stirred, and a mixture is obtained; 3, the mixture obtained in step 2 and remaining hydroxyethyl cellulose, cellulose ether, 2-imidazolidone, 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-imidazolidone, lauric acid and glycerin are added to the filtrate obtained in step 1, the mixture is mixed under the action of a high-speed blender and stirred for 30-40 minutes, then vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion is added, the mixture stands still for 3-4 hours, and the formaldehyde adsorption water-based environmental protection coating is obtained.

Methods and compositions for quantitative immunoassays are provided, in which ligand-conjugated probes are used to label samples and ligand-surfaced microspheres are used as quantitative reference standards. Certain embodiments provide a method of quantitative flow cytometry where ligands are oligonucleotides, and a sample comprising one or more cells is contacted with a hybridized antibody::fluorophore labeled targeting construct to label the cells, and the labeled cells are analyzed. In some embodiments, a population of quantitative labeled oligospheres labeled with the same fluorescent label as the cells is analyzed using the flow cytometer and used to create a quantitative standard curve of cytometer intensity versus molecules fluorescent label per oligosphere event. A standard curve trendline is established and used to determine the molecules of fluorescent label per cellular event for the antigen-positive cell populations. Based on molecules of fluorescent label per cell, the amount of Antibody Binding per Cell (ABC) is quantified.

Method for improving enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of poplar wood

The invention provides a method for improving enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of poplar wood. Poplar wood pretreated with an acetic acid hydrogen peroxide solution is used as a raw material, and the problems of large usage quantity of cellulases and low enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency existing in an existing hydrolyzing process are solved. According to the method, based on the cellulases, beta-glucosidases is additionally added to an enzymatic hydrolysis reaction system, so that the highest glucose yield of the poplar wood can reach 99.4%, and the glucan in the poplar wood is nearly hydrolyzedcompletely. The method is high in efficiency, low in cost and simple and convenient to operate, complete enzymatic hydrolysis of the poplar wood is nearly realized, and a foundation is established for preparation of biological energy sources and chemicals through bioconversion of the poplar wood.
