The invention provides a water-based
fingerprint-resistant
coating with an interpenetrating
network structure for a galvanized steel sheet. The water-based
fingerprint-resistant
coating comprises 25-50% of a film-forming substance, 1-5% of a
silane coupling agent, 1-5% of silica
sol, 0.1-0.5% of a
wetting agent, 0.1-0.5% of a leveling agent, 0.5-5% of a
polyethylene wax dispersion and the balance of water, the film forming substance is formed by mixing water-based
polyurethane resin with a linear structure and water-based
acrylic resin with a net structure, or the film forming substance is formed by mixing water-based
acrylic resin with a linear structure and water-based
polyurethane resin with a net structure, and in the film forming substance, the ratio of water-based
polyurethane resin to water-based
acrylic resin is about 1: 2-2: 1. By mixing the polyurethane resin with the linear structure and the acrylic resin with the net structure or mixing the acrylic resin with the linear structure and the polyurethane resin with the net structure, the steric hindrance effect between the resins is reduced, an interpenetrating
network structure of the linear structure and the net structure is formed, the compactness of the film layer is greatly improved, and the film layer is more compact. The performance indexes of salt
fog resistance, acid and alkali resistance,
solvent resistance,
water resistance and the like of the
fingerprint-resistant film layer are improved.
