The invention provides a medicine for external use treating stomachache and abdominal distension after operations of children. Effective components of the external medicine comprise 5-7 g of aucklandia root, 5-7 g of mastic, 5-7 g of common fennel fruit, 2-4 g of cinnamon, 5-7 g of toosendan fruit, 2-4 of myrrh and 30-60 g of particulate table salt. A preparation method of the medicine comprises following steps of: (1) smashing the effective components comprising the aucklandia root, the mastic, the common fennel fruit, the cinnamon, the toosendan fruit and the myrrh together, grinding into fine powder, and keeping for further use; (2) adding the particulate table salt into a heating device, frying to 60-80 DEG C, stopping heating, adding the effective component medicine in the step (1), frying uniformly and keeping for further use; and (3) manufacturing a cloth bag, wherein a square or rectangular cloth bag is stitched by utilization of cotton cloth, and the manufactured cloth bag is filled with all the uniformly fried effective components and the table salt in the step (2) to obtain bellybutton hot-compression appetizing powder for external use. Problems of stomachache, abdominal distension, and other symptoms in clinical after fracture operations of children are overcome by the medicine for external use.
