Through the replacement scheme, the usage of lead-acid batteries can be reduced, and the risks of environmental pollution are reduced; the lithium batteries are used for replacing the lead-acid batteries, and a low-temperature charging heating system is added, so that the low-temperature discharge capacity and the low-temperature charge performance of the battery system are improved.
