An electric heating device is arranged on the upper surface of a pedestal, and a container is arranged on the electric heating device; one end of a stirring rod is positioned in the container, the other end of the stirring rod is arranged outside the container, and the stirring rod is fixedly sleeved with a first bevel gear; a second bevel gear is engaged with the first bevel gear, and the output shaft of a motor is fixedly sleeved with a second bevel gear; a part, in the container, of the stirring rod is fixedly connected with a plurality of blades; the system also comprises a temperature sensor, a control module and a display screen, the temperature sensor is arranged on the inner sidewall of the container, and the control module and the display screen are arranged on the pedestal; and the temperature sensor is connected to the input end of the control module, and the output end of the control module is connected to the electric heating device and the display screen. The system solves the problems of large manpower and difficult guaranteeing of the temperature accuracy in oil preparation in the glass fiber production process in the prior art, and realizes the purposes of reduction of manpower consumption and increase of the temperature control precision.
