The invention discloses strawberry drink with a pressure reducing function. The strawberry drink is prepared from concentrated strawberry juice, purple perilla seeds, flax seeds, alfalfa and other components through
processing. The
processing method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the concentrated juice, namely, pulping strawberry; adding water; heating; and ultrasonically oscillating; (2) extracting with ethyl
alcohol, namely, crushing purple perilla seeds, flax seeds and alfalfa; then soaking into 70% ethyl
alcohol in a
pressure increase manner; digesting with medium fire; and washing twice with absolute ethyl
alcohol; (3) extracting germ, namely, soaking wheat in water; accelerating
germination at normal temperature; soaking with table water; then moving out and pulping; adding water; and stirring at high speed; (4) extracting liquid, crushing hawthorn,
lycium barbarum, folium
ginkgo and broad bean flower; then adding water and
sodium chloride; and correspondingly ionizing and performing
protease hydrolyzing; and (5) mixing, namely, mixing the concentrated strawberry juice, the alcohol-extracted
powder, the
wheat germ extractive and the extracting solution; adding
pectinase; stirring at high speed; sterilizing; and then canning to obtain the pressure-reduction drink.
