The invention discloses a clean
flue gas recycling type desulfurization waste water spraying
system comprising a clean
flue gas recycling passage, a recycling fan, a tube-and-shell
heat exchanger, a spraying evaporating column, a desulfurization waste
water pipe, and a bypass
flue. The recycling fan, the tube-and-shell
heat exchanger and the spraying evaporating column are mounted in order behind the clean
flue gas recycling passage. The desulfurization waste
water pipe is communicated with the spraying evaporating column. The bypass flue is mounted between a boiler and an
air preheater and is communicated with a raw
flue gas inlet of the tube-and-shell
heat exchanger. An outlet, for raw
flue gas subjected to heat exchanging, of the tube-and-shell heat exchanger is communicated with an outlet of the
air preheater and an outlet of the spraying evaporating column and is then connected to an inlet of an electric precipitator; an outlet of the electric precipitator is communicated with a desulfurization column and a draught
fan in order. The
system is applied to heating and spraying the desulfurization waste water, so that the evaporated clean flue gas is hot and dust free, evaporating speed is high, and dust
caking rarely occurs; the hot flue gas and the desulfurization waste water are sprayed and evaporated in an independent reaction container, low influence is caused to the original
system, and start-stop and maintenance are facilitated.
