Non-thermal sterilization method for apple cloudy juice

The invention discloses a liquid food novel non-thermal sterilization method, in particular a non-thermal sterilization method of cloudy apple juice which belongs to the food processing technology field. The technical scheme includes adopting the aseptic operation to send the cloudy apple juice into a reaction vessel and adopting pulse type carbon dioxide with high density for the sterilization. The concrete operation step is: firstly, pumping carbon dioxide with high density into the reaction vessel; secondly, treating for a certain period at the set temperature and pressure condition; thirdly, releasing the carbon dioxide after the treatment to lower the pressure in the reaction vessel to the normal pressure; fourthly, operating the steps from the first to the third repeatedly for more than two times for the pulse type carbon dioxide with high density treatment. The killing effect of Escherichia coli in the cloudy apple juice which is processed in the invention can achieve the result of lowering at least five logarithms to satisfy the commercial aseptic requirement. Compared with the present non-thermal sterilization method, the invention has more obvious sterilization effect and can shorten the treatment time and save energy. The invention has the advantages of low processing temperature, energy saving and environmental protection and can maintain the good flavor of the cloudy apple juice.

An optical coherence analysis system comprises a swept source laser for generating optical signals that are tuned over a scan band; an interferometer for transmitting the optical signals over a sample arm and reference arm and combining the optical signals; a k-clock for generating a sampling clock indicating non-linearities in the frequency tuning of the optical signals over the scan band, the k-clock being not delay matched to propagation delays for the optical signals in the interferometer; a sampling system for sampling the optical signals from the interferometer in response to the k-clock to generate interference signals; and a processing system for determining non-linearities in the sampling clock and for transforming the interference signals into an image of a sample in response to the non-linearities. The system compensates for the lack of an electronic delay of k-clock using a nonuniform discrete Fourier transform.

According to the uncertain space-time trajectory data range query method under the road network environment, a small amount of input/output (I/O) operations and online calculation are only needed to be performed for a part of dividing, the query results can be obtained, and the query results are high in accuracy degree and fast in response speed.

The classifier assigns a confidence value to the line candidate identifying a probability of whether the line candidate is a road edge. The potential line candidate is identified as a reliable road edge if the confidence value is greater than a predetermined value.
