The invention provides a light-transmitting resin type
light guide cement material containing a superhydrophobic
titanium dioxide thin film, and a preparation method of the light-transmitting resin type
light guide cement material. The light-transmitting resin type
light guide cement material containing the superhydrophobic
titanium dioxide thin film comprises an interface enhanced light-transmitting resin type light guide cement base material and the superhydrophobic
titanium dioxide thin film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: evenly
coating the surface of a light-transmitting resin unit with a
coupling agent, transferring into a mould, adding self-compacted
cement mortar, hardening and removing the mould,
polishing and
grinding to obtain the interface enhanced light-transmitting resin type light guide cement base material; spraying the surface of the interface enhanced light-transmitting resin type light guide cement base material with a nano
titanium dioxide photosensitive solution,
drying, carrying out twice
exposure, then washing the surface of the material with a
solvent, and carrying out heat treatment so as to obtain the light-transmitting resin type light guide
cement material containing the superhydrophobic
titanium dioxide thin film. The light guide
cement material prepared by the invention has the effects of light transmitting and developing aswell as lighting and energy saving, and also has functions of draining off water and self-cleaning, thus being capable of being applied to the fields such as
building design, underground lighting andindoor devices.
