A heat-resistant fungus new species TF121 is obtained through selecting from a sheep manure natural compost specimen in a Turpan area of Sinkiang; through preparing a microbial fertilizer, a parasitic effect is realized on Meloidogynesp. eggs of tested cotton, apple, tomato, cucumber and eggplant sources, an egg parasitism rate is 22.1 percent to 32.2 percent, and an average parasitism rate is 26.6 percent. According to an effect experiment applied in cotton and greenhouse tomato crops, the screened Cunninghamella new species TF121 is utilized, so that a crop yield effect is remarkably improved, an obvious production and efficiency increasing effect is achieved after the new species is applied in commercial crops such as greenhouse cucumbers and greenhouse eggplants and fruit trees such as apple trees and bergamot pear trees, meanwhile, the morbidity of root-knot nematode can be effectively reduced, and therefore, the development and the application of a preparation prepared by utilizing the cunninghamella echinulate new species TF121 provided by the invention have a larger application prospect.
