The invention relates to the manufacturing method of a high-temperature-resistant,
solvent-resistant
silicone-rubber-based flexible
graphene heating film. The method comprises the following steps of adding the
graphene of
silicon resin cladding
processing and a heat-resistant additive in a
solvent-resistant
silicone rubber; simultaneously, stirring and acquiring an uniformly dispersed
silicone-rubber-based
graphene dispersion solution; adding a cross-linking agent and a catalyst in the dispersion solution, mixing uniformly, and then vacuumizing and removing bubbles; then,
coating on a releasefilm, forming a
coating layer with a certain thickness after
drying; and then, vulcanizing for 0.5 to 3h at 50 to 200 DEG C; and cooling to a normal temperature, and then acquiring a graphene flexiblehigh-temperature-resistant
solvent-resistant
silicone rubber composite film. In the invention, a flexible solvent-resistant
silicone rubber is taken as a matrix, and the graphene after silicone resincladding
processing and the
heat resistant additive are taken as fillers; the graphene and a heat-resistant additive are uniformly dispersed in a
silicone rubber matrix so that the film is conductive, generates heat, and is high-temperature-resistant and solvent-resistant; and under a low applied
voltage, a
high surface temperature can be acquired, conductive performance is formed under a low content, and a flexible and deformable conductive heating
composite film with good mechanical performance can be manufactured.
