The invention relates to a continuous aluminum magnesium alloy thermal treatment furnace. The continuous aluminum magnesium alloy thermal treatment furnace comprises a pretreatment chamber, a gas heating furnace, a cooling chamber and a material basket. The pretreatment chamber, the gas heating furnace and the cooling chamber are sequentially connected and provided with furnace doors respectively. The pretreatment chamber, the gas heating furnace and the cooling chamber are provided with guide rails for the material basket to move respectively. The pretreatment chamber, the gas heating furnace and the cooling chamber are provided with furnace pipes respectively. A combustion chamber is arranged on the outer side of the gas heating furnace. The material basket is used for containing aluminum magnesium alloy. The pretreatment chamber and the cooling chamber are full of nitrogen in the work state. The problem that thermal treatment and machining of aluminum magnesium alloy are not continuous is solved, and the aluminum magnesium alloy thermal treatment furnace has the beneficial effects of being high in automation degree, simple in technology and equipment structure and the like.

Preparation method for PDMS variable period annular microfold structure

The invention relates to a preparation method for a PDMS variable period annular microfold structure, comprising the steps of preparing PDMS soft film; clipping the prepared film into a circle; fixingthe clipped circular film on a clamp with a circular hole, and pushing the film from the hole to form a conical structure through utilization of a pyramid with a pre-customized special angle; horizontally fixing a low pressure mercury lamp (comprising light of two wavelengths: 185nm and 254nm) on a step motor, and placing the low pressure mercury lamp above the conical structure; and uniformly irradiating the formed conical structure for certain time, forming a layer of SiOx film with different thicknesses on the PDMS soft film and then cancelling the pushing, thereby forming the variable period annular microfold structure on soft and hard film surfaces and finishing the preparation method, wherein the formed structure is concentric annular fold with a sparse center and a dense edge. Themethod has the advantages of simple operation, short preparation period and low cost. The structure can be used as a Fresnel lens and a Fresnel zone plate.
