The invention provides a
mechanical system of a high-definition pipeline
magnetic flux leakage
detector for the on-line detection of the
metal loss degree of a pipeline, which relates to the technology fields of the measurement of magnetic variables and the size of linear thickness, and the pipeline
system. A carrier of the
mechanical system is divided into two sections; the two sections are connected through a
universal joint (12); the shell body of a first section is a circular
pipe-shaped
magnet (5), wherein an anti-collision head (1) is arranged at the front end of the circular
pipe-shaped
magnet, and the
universal joint (12) is arranged at the
tail part thereof; a front supporting mechanism (2), a front driving leather cup (3), a front steel
brush (4), a main probe
system (7), a rear steel
brush (9), a rear driving leather cup (10), a rear steel
brush (9) and a rear supporting mechanism (11) are arranged at the periphery of the shell body in sequence from front to back; the shell body of a second section, in which an electronic storehouse (14) is arranged, is a circular
pipe-shaped storehouse, wherein the
universal joint (12) arranged at the front end of the circular pipe-shaped storehouse, and the
tail part thereof is sealed; a probe
system (13) with an inner
diameter and an outer
diameter, a
tail supporting mechanism (15) and an
odometer wheel system (16) are arranged at the periphery of the shell body in sequence from front to back. The
mechanical system has the
advantage that the dynamic performance and the precision of the
detector are improved.
