The invention discloses a novel handheld SPR
detector which comprises a shell, wherein a light incidence
assembly, a
light reflection assembly and a light receiving
assembly are sequentially clamped in a light incidence assembly accommodating cavity, a
light reflection assembly accommodating cavity and a light receiving assembly accommodating cavity; the sensing
chip comprises a substrate and a gold-plated
glass sheet; the surface of the movable cover plate is provided with a sample
injection port and a
sample extraction port at positions corresponding to a sample
storage tank and a sample
recovery tank respectively, and after the movable cover plate is closed, the sample
injection port is in sealed communication with the sample
storage tank through an
injection port sealing connection device, and the
sample extraction port is in sealed communication with a sample
recovery tank through the extraction port sealing connection device. The invention aims to provide a novel handheld SPR
detector, which can directly extract a liquid sample from a sample storage vessel without dropping the liquid sample into a sample adding slot after the sensing
chip is taken out from an exposed environment, thereby avoiding the
pollution of the liquid sample and improving the detection accuracy.
