In the prior art, during the extraction of
chitin in
processing of
shrimp and crab shells, the use of a large amount of acids and alkalis for removing
calcium and proteins can cause serious environmental
pollution and the difficult high-value utilization of a large amount of
calcium and proteins. A purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems in the prior art. The invention provides amethod for
steam explosion cleaning refining polygeneration by using
shrimp and crab shells. According to the method, after
shrimp and crab shells are subjected to
calcium extraction with an organicacid, and treatment is performed with a
steam explosion method without the adding of
inorganic acids and alkalis, such that the dense structure is destroyed so as to improve the possibility of the subsequent reaction; and the material being subjected to the
steam explosion treatment is subjected to
solid-state
fermentation with proteinase or proteinase-producing microorganisms to further hydrolyzeproteins, such that the shrimp and crab shells are completely separated to obtain organic acids, calcium, proteins and
chitin. According to the present invention, the shrimp and crab shells are subjected to steam explosion treatment, such that the influence of the dense structure on the
biotransformation is released, the consumption of
enzyme or
bacteria is reduced, and the reaction time is shortened; the polygeneration of
chitin, organic calcium and proteins in the shrimp and crab shells is achieved so as to improve the economic utilization value; and the treatment process avoids the use ofa large number of
inorganic acids and alkalis, the process is clean and
pollution-free, the process is easy to control, the product is stable, and the method is suitable for industrial production.
