The palm olein is adopted as the raw material, the environment-friendly dry fractionation process which is free from additives such as high-temperature fragmentation, cooling crystallization, crystal growing at a relaxation condition and the squeezing and filtering is adopted to separate the high-melting-point components and the low-melting-point components in the palm olein so as to finally obtain the low-melting-point component through filtering, i.e. the liquid part is the target product extra-grade palm olein. The entire process flow is simplified into two parts, wherein firstly the palm olein is fractionated to obtain the palm extra olein; and then the palm extra olein is fractionated to obtain the target product - extra-grade palm olein. The process realizes the industrialized production.
