The invention relates to extra-grade palm olein and an industrialized production method thereof. The extra-grade palm olein is characterized in that: the iodine value is 68 to 72 g / 100g, the acid value is less than 0.2 mg / g, the oxidation value is less than 5.0 mnol / Kg, the freezing test time is more than 5.5 hours, the oleic acid mass content is 5o to 52 percent, and the trans fatty acid mass content is less than 0.5 percent. The palm olein is adopted as the raw material, the environment-friendly dry fractionation process which is free from additives such as high-temperature fragmentation, cooling crystallization, crystal growing at a relaxation condition and the squeezing and filtering is adopted to separate the high-melting-point components and the low-melting-point components in the palm olein so as to finally obtain the low-melting-point component through filtering, i.e. the liquid part is the target product extra-grade palm olein. The entire process flow is simplified into two parts, wherein firstly the palm olein is fractionated to obtain the palm extra olein; and then the palm extra olein is fractionated to obtain the target product - extra-grade palm olein.
