The invention discloses an intensive
roasting method for reducing ash hanging on upper leaves of K326, and belongs to the technical field of
tobacco leaf roasting. The present invention raises the
dry bulb temperature by 40-42°C in the early stage of yellowing, promotes the
dehydration of leaves by 30% in advance, realizes the collapse of tobacco leaves, and the
softening of
branch veins, and then drops to 36°C. Pay attention to moisturizing and yellowing, and the dry-wet difference does not exceed 1°C , others are baked according to the conventional process. During the entire baking process, as long as the tobacco leaves wither and collapse and the
branch veins become soft at the early stage of yellowing, and combined with moisturizing and yellowing, it will promote the transfer of
moisture from the veins of the tobacco leaves to the mesophyll in advance, accelerate the
softening of the veins, and make the leaves fully mature in the
late stage of yellowing. Withering and collapse, the main veins become soft, so as to realize the partial water
loss balance between the veins and the mesophyll, and avoid the
moisture in the tobacco leaves being forced out as the temperature rises in the later stage of yellowing and early stage of color fixation, resulting in a large amount of ash-hanging
smoke. The invention has strong
operability, is scientific and practical, can obviously reduce hanging ash
smoke, and significantly improve the quality of
tobacco leaf curing.
