voltage storage battery, a high-
voltage battery pack, a starting switch, a second
charge control module and a first
charge control module, wherein the starting switch is used for conducting the low-
voltage storage battery at the first state to provide power for the first electric appliance, and conducting the low-voltage storage battery at the second state to provide the power for the first electric appliance and the second electric appliance; and the high-voltage
battery pack is conducted to charge the low-voltage storage battery when the conditions that the voltage of the low-voltage storage battery is lower than the voltage of the pre-set battery, and the starting switch is at the first state or the second state are detected by the first
charge control module, and the condition that the
electricity of the batteries of the high-voltage
battery pack is not lower than the
electricity of the pre-set batteries is judged by the second charge control module. The invention further provides a charging method of the
hybrid car. With the adoption of the charging device and the charging method provided by the invention, the excess use of the low-voltage storage battery can be prevented, and the non-recoverable damage can be prevented.
