All functions of the solid-state power controller are served by the internal hardware circuit, and the MOSFET driving signals and the protection signals are all generated by a full-custom integrated circuit. Therefore, the DC solid-state power controller has the characteristics of strong anti-interference performance, short reaction time, simple structural design, high reliability, low power consumption, compactness and the like.
