The isolated lung mechanical perfusion fluid includes dextran, mammalian albumin, inorganic salts, glutamine, amino acids, sorbitol and glucose. The isolated lung mechanical perfusion solution can improve the energy metabolism of the isolated lung, maintain a good gas exchange function within 12 hours without causing damage to the isolated lung. In addition, the isolated lung mechanical perfusion fluid of the present invention can significantly reduce the consumption of the isolated lung mechanical perfusion fluid during actual use, and when used with the electrolyte replacement fluid, only 2L of the isolated lung mechanical perfusion fluid is consumed during the 12h EVLP process. On the basis of cost reduction, the implementation time of EVLP can be effectively extended, and the storage time of isolated lungs can be improved.

The spark assisted chemical engraving technology of the tool electrode end multiple-corner discharge constraint can achieve tool electrode end discharge constraint and electrolyte replacement improvement, and can improve the energy utilization rate, the machining accuracy and the accuracy.
