The invention discloses a growth factor compound dressing capable of adhering a tissue fissure and a preparation method thereof. The compound dressing comprises an alginate gel layer and a non-woven fabric layer, wherein the alginate gel layer is prepared from sodium alginate, calcium carbonate, glucolactone, glycerinum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, allantoin, alpha-cyanoacrylate, cell growth factors and a protective agent. The dressing can be used for replacing a suture line to a certain extent, radically effectively promoting wound healing to prevent pains of surgical suturing for patients with relatively deep wounds, and effectively reducing generation of scars.
