The invention relates to a desulfurization,
denitrification and dust removal integrated process. According to the process,
flue gas is fed into a desulfurization,
denitrification and dust removal integrated
tower by an induced draft fan, the
flue gas moves from bottom to top, spraying liquid moves from top to bottom, an electroactive substance is selected as a catalytic reaction medium when a gas-
liquid phase of the
flue gas passes through an electrocatalytic
reaction layer, under the effect of an
electric field, an electro-catalytic reaction is carried out on the surface area of the electroactive substance,
ammonia or
urea in the circulating liquid is absorbed as a
reducing agent to enable
NOx to generate N2, meanwhile, desulfurization is carried out, then the
flue gas passes through a liquid film washing layer to achieve the dust removal effect, and the purified
flue gas is sent to a
chimney for up-to-standard emission. The desulfurization,
denitrification and dust removal integrated process has the following beneficial effects: (1) desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal cooperate with each other, and the problem of
flue gas treatment is solved with high efficiency and low cost; (2) a high-consumption and high-
pollution process is changed into a production process with
product value; (3) denitration is not limited by temperature; (4) the problems of entrainment, soluble salt taking-out and
ammonia escape in wet desulphurization are solved; and (5) the occupied area is small, and the
investment cost is low.
