The hydrophilic antistatic agent is adopted to prepare fabric-washing treatment liquid, and during the process the magnesium chloride hexahydrate is added and a two-dipping-two-rolling method is adopted to deal with the polyester fabric, and then the fabric is dried so as to complete the later finishing to the terylene fabric. The hydrophilic antistatic agent of the invention has stable antistatic capability, good washing resistance and low price. Adopting the antistatic agent to the later finishing of dacron can save the baking process of applied process so as to reduce energy cost and enhance the wearing property of polyester fiber and corresponding fabrics so as to meet the simulation requirement to polyester fabrics of costume fabric market.
