Problems solved by technology

[0006] However, vitamin C and vitamin E are water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins respectively, which are unstable, easily destroyed, and not resistant to high heat and washing.
Using the first method to prepare vitamin microcapsules can improve stability, but the preparation process is complicated
Using the second method to add vitamins to the fibers, the vitamins will fall off due to friction, bending and washing. Therefore, the function of supplementing vitamins in these fabrics will not last for a long time. The function of releasing vitamins will be easy when the number of washings is more than 30 times. very weak

Abstract

The invention discloses a fabric pretreatment fluid containing vitamin, which contains 0.3 to 8% of beta-cyclodextrin inclusion complex containing vitamin, 0.3 to 7% of binding agent and the balance of water. The invention also discloses a health-care fabric containing vitamin prepared by using the fabric pretreatment fluid, wherein the fabric can slowly release vitamin after contacting with skins. The invention also discloses two methods for preparing the health-care fabric. The prepared fabric has excellent washing-resistant property, contains 22 to 40 mg of vitamin per 100g of cloth cover, has the retaining ratio above 83% after washing once and the retaining ratio above 65% after washing for thirty times, is high in perspiration resistance, contains 20 to 35 mg of vitamin per 100g of the cloth cover after the perspiration resistance treatment, and has the cloth cover retaining ratio above 87% after washing once and perspiration resistance treatment and the cloth cover retaining ratio above 66% after washing for thirty times and perspiration resistance treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fabric pretreatment solution containing vitamins, a health-care fabric and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Vitamins are a class of low-molecular organic compounds necessary to maintain human health. They are contained in very small amounts in natural foods, and most of them cannot be synthesized in the human body and must be ingested through food. When the human body lacks vitamins, many diseases will occur. Vitamins can be divided into fat-soluble vitamins and water-soluble vitamins into two categories. Fat-soluble vitamins include vitamins A, D, E, K, etc., which are almost insoluble in water; water-soluble vitamins include vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, and C. Vitamins are one of the six essential nutrients for the human body and are organic substances necessary for life. [0003] Vitamin C and vitamin E can not only enhance the immunity of the human body, but also beautify the skin, make the skin...
