gaseous substance detection device based on a transparent capillary structure and
fluorescent light. The
gaseous substance detection device comprises a
light source system, a fluorescent
coating capillary tube and a detection
system, which are arranged on a capillary tube base; the detection
system and the
light source system are arranged vertically to the wall of the fluorescent
coating capillary tube; the detection system and the
light source system are arranged at 90 degrees; the light
source system comprises an LED light source, a collimation system and a
first light filter, which are sequentially connected and arranged; and the detection system comprises a
detector and a second
light filter. The light source and the
detector are arranged at 90 degrees along the wall of the fluorescent
coating capillary tube, so that exciting light is prevented from directly irradiating the
detector; a light path is short; the effects of
water vapor and the like are reduced; the second
light filter is isolated from an air path, and is prevented from being polluted by gas;
stray light of the exciting light is reduced through the arrangement of a sleeve; the
fluorescence intensity and the
signal strength are enhanced; the
signal background noise is reduced; and the effects caused by the
water vapor and dust adhesion in the detection gas are reduced.
