welding joint, wherein the achromatism
welding joint is capable of inputting double-flexible
optical fiber and coaxially outputting double-
light beam; a
welding joint light path comprises a YAG
laser anti-reflection collimating lens, a
green laser anti-reflection collimating lens, a YAG laser total-reflection lens, a
green laser total-reflection and YAG laser anti-reflection lens and a green laser and YAG laser anti-reflection focus lens; and a
divergence angle of a YAG laser beam between the YAG laser anti-reflection collimating lens and the green laser and YAG laser anti-reflection focus lens is changed by changing a distance between an
optical fiber head of a YAG laser transmission
optical fiber and a front focus of the YAG laser anti-reflection collimating lens, so as to change the focusing faculae position of the YAG laser and realize the superposition of the focusing faculae of the YAG laser beam and the green laser beam at the
welding joint of a to-be-welded workpiece. According to the double-laser beam compound welding device, the green laser beam is adopted for preheating the to-be-welded workpiece, and then the YAG laser beam is adopted for welding, so that the welding problem caused by the high
reflection coefficient of the surface of
copper is effectively solved.
